Sirloin and Shrimp- An 8oz hand cut sirloin steak hand rubbed and cooked to the temp of your liking over an open flame grill and topped with a flame grilled shrimp skewer. Served with 2 sides  16.99

New York Strip- An incredible 12 oz strip steak, aged and seasoned to perfection. grilled how you want it. Served with 2 sides 19.99

 Ribeye-A steak lovers dream. A juicy 12 oz hand seasoned ribeye with perfect marbling. Flame grilled and full of flavor. Served with 2 sides  19.99

Double Bone Cowboy Chop- We marinate overnight in our secret recipe and we grill this 12oz center cut double bone pork goodness over an open flame. Outstanding! Served with 2 sides 17.99

Add mushrooms 2.00, add mushrooms and onions 2.50, bleu cheese crusted 2.00, add a boneless chicken breast 5.00 or shrimp skewer 3.99, button mushrooms 3.00, or our crab and spinach cream sauce 3.99
